Pemahaman mengenai konsep Quality Management System sesuai dengan proses bisnis organisasi, karena pada prakteknya seringkali organisasi membuat suatu sistem terdokumentasi yang berlebihan atau kurang tepatnya dokumentasi tersebut untuk organisasi yang pada akhirnya hanya sia-sia dokumen tersebut dibuat.

Program ini menekankan pada kepentingan dan peranan proses dokumentasi dalam kesesuaian Sistem Manajemen Mutu, dan juga pada rencana kerja suatu organisasi dalam implementasi dan pemeliharaan sistem.

Pada sesi terakhir dalam pelatihan, peserta akan diperkenalkan pada pengendalian dokumen secara elektronik (paperless) dimana dewasa ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang semakin sadar lingkungan. Perkembangan kemajuan elektronika juga mendorong implementasi Paperless Documentation System.
